General
We reserve the right to amend prices on the site without prior notice. This does not affect orders paid for prior to the price change taking place.
All metal including silver and gold, oxidises over a period of time. We will not be responsible for the discolouring of metal due to oxidisation from poor storage, from the elapse of time or from ordering well before the date of use.
The customer is advised to be made aware of oxidisation and we recommend that our items are not posted until (if possible) at least 6 weeks before their date of use.
Ordering
In all cases, payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that all information you have provided to us is correct, so please make sure that you are completely satisfied with the details you have sent before confirming your order with payment.
If we are unable to obtain the item or component parts of an item you have ordered, we will suggest alternative solutions, including the option of a full refund.
Any ammendments made by the customer after an order has begun may result in additional charges.
All items are handmade to order, this means that designs will vary slightly.
All sizes stated are approximate.
Colours may vary slightly from that pictured.
Pictures are provided to give a guideline only.

Payment
We accept two methods of payment either secure online payments by debit/credit card via Paypal or by UK cheque or Postal Order.
Cheques should be for the whole amount and made payable to E Arnold.

Please place your order by completing the online Order Form, or contact us with your requirements.
After confirmation of your requirements, we will invoice you via email with the option to pay via PayPal, cheque or postal order. More information about Paypal is available at www.paypal.com
We require payment in full as confirmation of your order.
P&P
Postage and packing is additional, please contact us prior to ordering for further detail.
If an order is returned to us the customer will be liable for postage costs for redelivery.
Delivery
Please allow up to six weeks for delivery. If your order is urgent, the please contact us before ordering as we can often accommodate.
We cannot be held responsible for your failure to sign for a delivery or if you fail to pick up or rearrange delivery from a local sorting office after attempted delivery to the correct address.
Refunds
As items are made to order they are not subject to the 7 day refund period which usually applies to products sold online and payments are non-refundable.
Our items should arrive in perfect condition made to your exact specification. In the unlikely event that an item is not perfect the fault MUST be reported immediately and the item returned within 7 days in original packaging for a full refund. Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging, with postage paid by the customer.
We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
If you return an item which is non-refundable, or outside of the dead-lines outlined above, you will be liable for additional postage charges for the item(s) to be returned to you.
We retain all records, therefore please note that you will be required to prove that an item has not been made to your specification.
Privacy Policy
We will only ever use your contact details for the purpose for which you have contacted us.
We never pass on your details to any third party.
